Meet Logan Shaw, a dedicated educator and coach who brings his passion for education and sports to the Neosho School District. With 12 years of teaching experience and a focus on education from Central Methodist University, Logan is committed to making a positive impact on students' lives.

Logan's motivation in education comes from the desire to influence the lives of others positively. He cherishes those "light bulb" moments when students grasp a concept for the first time, showcasing the power of education.

With 12 years of coaching experience, Logan has honed his coaching skills and is currently serving as the NHS Golf Head Coach and an assistant coach for NHS Football. His favorite aspect of coaching is seeing 11 men on the football field unite and work as one unit, emphasizing the ultimate teamwork that football represents.

Logan's coaching philosophy extends beyond the field, aiming to instill in his athletes not only the skills to excel in their respective sports but also the qualities that will make them good young men and help them handle life's challenges.

Apart from his love for coaching, Logan is an avid golfer, embracing the challenges and joys of the sport.
