Early Childhood Education

The Neosho School District provides opportunities for children to learn, grow and thrive from the tender newborn stages through high school.

Parents As Teachers

Parents as Teachers is an evidence-based home visiting program that focuses on child development and the importance of parent-child interaction. The time between birth and kindergarten is an important time in the areas of language, cognitive, social emotional and motor development. All services are provided at no cost.

Preschool

The Neosho School District preschool program is to provide children with the necessary tools to allow them to enter kindergarten ready to learn. Not only do we focus on kindergarten-ready academics, but we also focus on healthy social and emotional practices that will support developmentally appropriate learning.

KinderCat Academy

KinderCat Academy (KCA) is an exploration-kindergarten, a combination of preschool and traditional kindergarten. KinderCat is specifically for students who are eligible for kindergarten but have late birthdays, typically March - July.
