Receiving an E-Fax
Each building has an email distribution group for receiving e-faxes. The group includes the building’s secretaries, principal, and assistant principals.
Example: cofax@neoshosd.org
How it works:
- A fax is sent to the building’s assigned fax number.
- The e-fax is delivered to the building’s email distribution group.
- All members of the group receive the e-fax in their email.
- The appropriate staff member can then review, print, or forward the fax as needed.
Additional E-Fax Receiving Groups
Special Services and NHS Enrollment/Registrar also have dedicated e-fax distribution groups. These groups include the staff members who need to receive and manage incoming faxes.
