Welcome to the virtual learning program offered by the Missouri Course Access and Virtual School Program (MOCAP).

Formerly known as the Missouri Virtual Instruction Program (MoVIP), MOCAP has been providing virtual learning opportunities since 2007. We are proud to offer a wide range of high-quality courses for students in grades K-12, ensuring equal access to education regardless of time or place.

At the Neosho School District, we have partnered with Launch and Imagine Learning as our preferred virtual learning providers. Launch, operated by the Springfield, Missouri School District, offers over 120 courses designed by Missouri teachers and aligned with state standards. Rigorous quality assurance measures are in place to ensure the excellence of all courses. Imagine Learning, a leading provider of K-12 virtual learning solutions, collaborates with schools nationwide to enhance student outcomes through technology.

• Students who wish to participate in virtual learning will have the opportunity to do so through Launch or Imagine Learning. Please note that the information and procedures outlined in this document specifically pertain to these providers.
• If a student is interested in exploring virtual class offerings outside of Launch, they are required to contact their counselor or administrator to discuss the enrollment process. Further details about this process can be found at the end of this document.
• For students considering courses through Imagine Learning, we will assess the options on an individual basis to ensure a personalized learning experience.
